Do you remember the first phone you ever had your hands on? It will probably be a handset made by Nokia. Nokia was the first company to roll out phones with internal antennas like the 3210 and 1100. About 200 million 1100 handsets have been sold out till the end of 2008. The design and functions of phones have evolved a 1000 times better since 2007. Today 900,000 phones are sold out for every 3 days.

The term ‘smartphone’ came into existence when Apple released the iPhone. Since then smartphones have seen an exploding growth, which is unbelievable. Whenever a company rolls out a new smartphone, they come up with a new innovation in their product. This has made our life easier and to be honest lazier. Is there anything you couldn’t do with your smartphone? The answer will obviously be NO. If you say ‘YES’ I suggest that you should consider buying a better smartphone.

Smartphones help us in our daily life. In shopping, to stay connected with our friends, surfing the web and a lot more. Today’s smartphones are capable of doing almost everything we want them to in terms of sharing and computing as well. What will be the future of smartphones?
