Micromax, which is a seller of low cost phones and tablets for the Indian market, has come up with another Android variant for less than Rs 10,000. The Superfone A84 Elite is an Android Gingerbread handset with a 3.97-inch capacitive IPS WVGA display at a price of Rs. 9,999.
Techies are pretty impressed with the phone saying that the mobile feautres “some pretty nifty features and one of the main attributes of the A84 Superfone Elite is the 1630mAh battery that can handle 5 hours of talk time and 160 hours of standby.”
This is the second device in the micromax’s “Superfone” series, which is designed for those looking for durable batteries.The phone has a 1GHz processor and a 5 megapixel rear camera. It also avails a 0.3 megapixel front camera that can be useful for video calling over Skype.
